Seekh Kabab....YUM YUM

I have tried these kababs and they turn out great... these kebabs are great to make an advance for those unexpected guests.....plz try this recipe and let me know how they turned out for you....ENJOY!!!!!!

INGREDIENTS:

1 Kg: Chicken Keema (Grinded Finely)
1 Kg: Onion (very very finely chopped)
1 Packet: National Garam Masala OR Home Made Garam Masala (use according to taste)
10-12 pc: Green Chillies - finely chopped (use according to taste)
As Needed: Oil
As Needed: Crushed Red Chillies
To Taste: Salt



Method:

- In Keema add Onion, Green Pepper, Salt, Garam Masala, Crushed red chillies and oil
- Mix very well and taste to see if need to add anything
- Then add a little oil on top and cover all the keema
- Let Keema marinate for 30min-1hr
- In Seekh start putting the keema until whole seekh is covered (it will look like a very long kabab) and lightly toast in fire
or open flame on your stove (gas only) toast all way around for about 1-2 min...(***you are not cooking the kebab just
toasting so it is not raw anymore..)
- Then remove the long kabab on a try and cut into pieces as big as you want.
- Continue to toast all kebab in same manor.
- Let kebab's cool.
- Now you may freeze them or fry them in a pan with little oil.
- Serve with naan/rice/rita/chutney
